→ Delivery Notes

If flowers are being delivered to a funeral, we will make alternative arrangements with our courier to get them there on time but would appreciate 24 hours notice. We do need a telephone number for all destinations, especially for security addresses where a driver cannot gain access to property/office. Extra costs do apply if we are given the wrong address and flowers have to be redelivered to a new address or if our driver cannot gain access and the flowers are returned to the shop. We will endeavour to ring the destination to where the flowers are going and make alternative arrangements with recipient.
